C3. Bottom Outlet Mixer
These mixers are designed for mixing and cooking of caramel type products. The mixing arms can be single direction or contra rotational. They are fitted with side scrapers.
The jacketed vessel can work up to 10 bar pressure. All contact materials are of stainless steel, the geared motor can be single speed or variable speed inverter controlled.
Can be supplied from 50 litre capacity to 300 litre capacity.
