Chocolate Enrobing Machine
The MacIntyre Extended Range of Chocolate Enrobers
Supplied in mild or stainless steel and fitted with a
band tilt for easier cleaning. The Enrobers are 500mm to 1500mm
wide and are supplied with a standard or hinged cooling tunnel.
All Enrobers can be supplied as shown or with a PLC controller.
The MacIntyre Extended range of chocolate Enrobing machines
are developed and designed based on long standing experience
within the chocolate, confectionary and biscuit industries.
These Enrobing machines are MacIntyres most advanced models
and include all the facilities expected from a first class
product using only well tested and high quality components.
All the MacIntyre Enrobers can be supplied as either independent
units or combined with an automatic continuous tempering plant
and cooling tunnel.
Fitted as standard is a clear all round interlocking polycarbonate
safety guard, wire mesh with variable speed, adjustable blower
and shaking device, one or two bottoming devices, single or
double chocolate curtain and adjustable rod detailer with
variable speed.

These Enrobers can be supplied with various attachments
for sprinkling of items onto the enrobed chocolate.
It can be supplied with decorating stations, biscuit
turnover devices, etc. |
