Conveyor Feed Systems and Conveyor Blending linked
to our PLC Control
MacIntyre can supply a conveyor feeding system that will
link to a ribbon blender which will blend precisely the inclusion
percentage of the chocolate ratio giving a defined product
for moulding, giving consistency and accurate weight of product.
MacIntyre can offer various systems for ingredient filling.
A ribbon blender with a piggy back is a simple system where
the piggy back blender can be loaded manually but can be set
to give accurate depositing. Our control of chocolate flow
is controlled through valving or through the MacIntyre PLC.
With regard to biscuit depositing, MacIntyre have a simple
stack biscuit feeding system as illustrated which can feed
into the moulds precisely giving half or fully coated biscuits.
With regards to wafer production, MacIntyre have a new system
as illustrated which shows the cut and placing of the water
to the mould allowing the wafer to be half or fully coated.
MacIntyre can offer various types of nut positioning
systems - the rotary system as illustrated above or a side
loading system for odd shaped pieces that can be picked and
placed into the mould. There are many alternatives for the
positioning of products into moulds.
