The plant combines simplicity and running cost of a solid
plant with the versatility and saving that creme filled products

MacIntyre, through research and development are continually
updating the One Shot Depositor, designed for trouble free
running. The modular system employed in the construction of
the MacIntyre One Shot Depositor represents the most cost
effective and efficient moulding line technology to date.
Utilising PLC control on the servo motor drives on all motions.
MacIntyre were the first to introduce this technology and
are the world leaders in One Shot and Two Shot depositing.
With a change over of piston block assembly and distribution
plates, you can then do solid pieces with inclusions or solid
chocolate slabs with inclusions up to 50%. Typical inclusions
would be crispies, broken nuts, whole nuts, raisins, broken
caramel, coloured lentils to name but a few of the products
used in our machines worldwide.

These plants are suitable for pure chocolate and compound
production. For compound production the Cooling tunnels are
shorter giving the same output per hour. These plants can
be modified for multiple head depositing for different applications.
They can also be supplied with moulding attachments - individual
nut depositing and many other applications including automatic
mould placing and mould removal if required
Available in sizes 275mm, 300mm, 470mm, 600mm, 800mm and
1000mm wide.
These machines can be supplied for various solutions, for
compound or pure chocolate, and can be supplied in different
lengths of Cooling Tunnels to give different output requirements.
For instance, a standard length 300mm wide moulding plant
will give an output of 300kg per hour of pure chocolate. By
extending the Cooling Tunnel and increasing the cooling capacity
the same machine would have an output of up to 500kg per hour
of moulded product.
