Vertical Cooling Tunnel

This Rise and Fall Cooling Tunnel has been designed to fit onto our stand alone Chocolate One Shot Compact Moulding Machine. The moulds can transfer automatically from the Chocolate Moulding Machines directly into the Cooling Tunnel. These are lifted and lowered vertically. The Cooling Tunnel is fitted with a take off conveyor where moulds can be removed and demoulded on a knock out table. These Cooling Tunnels can be supplied in sizes from 250kg output per hour to 500kg output per hour. The combined system is used where there are large of chocolate to be processed and allows for easy interchange of moulds. It is normally supplied to the smaller chocolate producer with multiple lines.
