Chocolate Vemicelli Plant

VermicelliChocolate Vermicelli plants are supplied with a recipe of lower fat content, producing a paste mass. This mass is fed to the vermicelli extruder. It is forced under the rotating rollers, through the die plate, producing the chocolate strings. These strings are then put through a short Cooling Tunnel. The mass is then transferred to a rotating Pan which will break the vermicelli down to the correct size. It is then transferred to a second Pan for polishing
