A22. Chocolate Multiple Moulding Plants for Confectionery, Biscuit & Wafer (Intermittent or Continuous Motion) - Servo Driven PLC Controlled, Mark 1 Model

The Macintyre Multiple Moulding Plants are unique machines which we have been supplying to the world market place. This range of equipment is suitable for solid chocolate tablets, solid chocolate pieces, crème filled tablets and pieces, chocolate with inclusions and nut fillings.


The same plant is capable of chocolate biscuit moulding - half coated or fully coated. It can also produce chocolate moulded wafers using our standard feed heads or our new cut and feed heads for wafers.


These plants can operate up to 25 moulds per minute. They can be used for a multiple of applications - multi colour chocolates, chocolates with crème fillings.

Available in sizes 275mm, 300mm, 470mm, 600mm, 800mm and 1000mm wide.


Can have outputs up to 2 tonnes per hour. Can be supplied with single head or multi head.


For larger output plants up to 4 tonnes per hour, we can supply a slightly different arrangement for cooling.
