Subsequent developments evolved a multi lane pick and place machine mainly for biscuits which were taken from cooling conveyor and put into trays or boxes. Prior to placement, the system will automatically align any random array of biscuits and organises them into lanes for presentation to the pick and place head.

Denester
The Denester / dispensing unit UE-3 has been developed for the placement of trays, protection cushions and instruction leaflets. This unit is available in 2 sizes with 1-20 magazines depending on the product size. The technology is finally a solution for the feeding of packing lines (i.e. wrapping machines) to the high speed hand of product at the end of large volume production lies without the reliance on labour. In short a self financed handling solution.
