The attachment of the two roll refiner is very useful for
high volume chocolate production where the raw materials require
to be pre refined, speeding up the overall process time and
removing the volatiles, acidity and moisture faster. This
can be supplied with Refiner / Conches from 3000Kg batch capacity
upwards. There would be no real benefits to fitting this to
the smaller range of Refiner / Conches.
